About Deborah Wilkinson

“Moving through Your Life” best expresses how Deb works with her clients in helping them buy or sell real estate. She views each person as a life long client and as such strives to understand both their immediate and long term goals. When working with a new client, her approach is to first, discover their needs, then build a plan. This consultive process gives the buyer or seller the opportunity to see and decide for themselves their best options, and if moving forward, be ready for the sales process. Now in her 18th year in real estate, Deb has taken a special interest in helping the 50+ population make their real estate transitions. Having earned her Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES) designation has given Deb a sense of the special needs people have during the different stages of retirement. Helping her own mother move out of the family home at age 77 after more then 30 years, showed her how difficult these moves can be. Deb has lived and worked in the SW Portland area most of her life. She graduated from Sherwood High School then Oregon State University. Prior to real estate, Deb had a career in fundraising, sales, and marketing. In addition throughout her real estate career, Deb Wilkinson has made a commitment to excellence and mastering her craft. Through ongoing education and adopting new technologies she brings to you the latest and greatest tools to help get your home sold and find your next home.
